In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President has appointed (i) Shri Justice Abhay Mahadeo Thipsay, (ii) Shri Justice Utkarsh Vishvanath Bakre, (iii) Shri Justice Manoj Shivlal Sanklecha, (iv) Shri Justice Ramesh Deokinandan Dhanuka, (v) Shri Justice Sunil Prabhakarrao, and (vi) Shri Justice Nitin Madhukar Jamdar, Additional Judges of the Bombay High Court, to be Judges of that High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their office. Smt. Justice Sadhana Sanjay Jadhav, also an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court, has been appointed as the Judge of that High Court with effect from 16th December 2013.
