ACC Appointments

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following:

(i)                 Appointment of Shri G.Gurucharan, IAS(KN:82), at present in the cadre, as Additional Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, in the vacancy of Shri Afzal Amanullah, IAS(BH:79)

(ii)               Appointment of Shri Asha Ram Sihag, IAS(HP:83), Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, Ministry of External Affairs, as Director General (Acquisition), Ministry of Defence in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary in the vacancy of Shri S.B.Agnihotri, IAS(OR:80).

(iii)             The appointment of Shri Jatinder Bir Singh, IAS(AM:83), at present in the cadre, as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, in the vacancy of Shri G.Mohan Kumar, IAS(OR:79).
